I never knew that Home Depot offered this program. When ever you spend $100 at Home Depot you can save $ .10 at the gas pump with a maximum of 20 gallons per fuel purchase. I know  people can spend a lot of money on a yearly basis at Home Depot, so this program could help them save a money on their business fuel expenses.
