A “Reimagined” 2025 Weber Spirit Gas Grill & More in Weber’s 2025 Lineup

There is nothing like subzero temps in January to get you dreaming about hot summer weather, and Weber just announced three new Weber grill products to carry me through the cold winter months. That’s right, last week Weber announced its 2025 Weber lineup and it includes a reimagined Weber SPIRIT® for the gas grill’s 30th anniversary, Weber SMOQUE™ wood pellet smoker, Weber SLATE™ 28″ rust-resistant griddle, and expanded its WEBER WORKS™ accessory system with new innovative and intuitive grilling products.

A 30th Anniversary Reimagined Weber SPIRIT® Gas Grill 

Weber celebrates 30 years of its best-selling grill with new versatility, more power, and an all-around improved cooking experience with its reimagined 2025 Weber SPIRIT® Gas Grill models. The 2025 Weber SPIRIT® includes 16 new models, 10 of which are four-burner options, plus additional two-burner and three-burner models.

Each of these 2025 grills includes easy one-handed ignition with precise temperature control and an illuminated easy-to-read day or night digital thermometer, are designed with new modern finishes and styles, and are compatible with NEW WEBER WORKS™ drop-in and snap-on accessories. The three and four-burner models include two Boost Burner knobs that provide up to 40% more grilling power to achieve that perfect sear.

Premium features found on various models include: designated sear zone, folding side table, dedicated side burner, and compatibility with Weber griddle and rotisserie attachments.

The grills from this collection range from $399-$799. So, every consumer can find a Weber grill for them. Buyers can pick from multiple styles and choose between natural gas or liquid propane models.

Weber SLATE™ rust-resistant 28″ Griddle coming this spring

As soon as it thaws here in Chicago, Midwesterners (and all consumers) can celebrate with a new 2025 Weber SLATE™ rust-resistant 28″ Griddle. The carbon-steel rust-resistant cooktop heats up quickly to an even 500°F across the surface. The built-in wind guards also protect your food from temperature changes and debris. The 28″ griddle includes three precision knobs that also allow you to have three different heat zones so you can truly tailor your outdoor cooking experience.

Where to Buy: The Weber SLATE™ rust-resistant 28″ Griddle (#1501345) will retail for $549 when it comes out this spring. However, the Weber SLATE™ Griddle is available in additional sizes now through Weber.

Weber SMOQUE™ XL Wood Pellet Smoker coming this summer

This 2025 Weber smoker will give you something to dream about over the winter.

You can host a feast thanks to the 918 total square inches for smoking and grilling. You can also pack your food with added layers of smoke flavor when you utilize Weber’s innovative SmokeBoost™ setting that keeps the temperature of your smoker at an ideal temperature for maximum smoke absorption. The Weber SmoqueVent™ system circulates the smoke around your food for added flavor.

More features our smoke master will enjoy are Rapid React™ PID. This gets your smoker up to temp in just 15 minutes and quickly rises back up after opening. Speaking of temperature, the Weber Connect® digital LCD controller gives you precise control over the heat of your smoker, and it’s app-integrated for you to easily monitor and adjust smoking temperature from your phone. You can even monitor the doneness of whatever you’re smoking thanks to the two included meat probes.

Where to Buy: The 2025 Weber SMOQUE™ XL Wood Pellet Smoker (#1500771) will retail for $899 when it becomes available this summer. There are no details yet on additional models.

MORE from Weber’s 2025 Product Collection

Weber already has an extensive grilling accessory line that includes everything from grill baskets to covers, and even grill cleaners. And that’s not all, they have developed some additional intuitive grilling accessories that make grilling even more enjoyable.

It’s as if Weber took a page from the power tool industry’s playbook. Here we are seeing tons of modular tool storage systems. Weber’s new drop-in and snap-on grilling accessories feel inspired by this trend. Accessories like grilling baskets and condiment holders just “drop-in” or “snap-on” to your Weber grill as if it’s always been there.

Owners of the new 2025 Weber SPIRIT® will definitely enjoy these new grilling accessories. I’m not sure yet how adaptable these items are to existing Weber grills, but we’re happy to report back once we get to test these out in person.
