Dewalt 20v 3/8″ Impact Wrench – Page 2

I want to add a 3/8" impact to my line up. I have the 1/2" impact the 889 model that I plan on swapping out for the new 899 brushless. Now the question is, the only 20v 3/8" is the brushed 883 model which I believe is the motor from the 885. It's cheaper to buy a brushless 886 off of eBay than a 883, has anybody had luck swapping the 1/4" hex adapter off for a 3/8" square drive, or should I just be patient and hope that Dewalt comes out with a brushless model? This is nearly the match of the Gen 2 FUEL on paper… http://www.makita.com.au/products/lithium/lithium-ion-skins/18-volt/dtw281z-18v-mobile-brushless-impact-wrench

Didn’t even Makita even had that compact wrench.
