Mr. YellowMember since Jan 2011

Nice one Regopit! Those are the best boxes out there

ChrisKMember since Dec 2012

I’ll get my t Locs and l boxxes stacked today!!!!

Samuel L.Member since Sep 2014

I would so win If I stacked all the tough boxes and systainers at my work, and maybe throw in the I boxes and makita ones just to make sure none of you put your collections together to trump me.

madman_usMember since Sep 2014

i just have to max out my credit card and buy lots of boxes on amazon – stack them up and send them all back 😛

thats gonna be my win then

ChrisKMember since Dec 2012

Hers my l boxx stack and mini t loc stack that I am using for electroic detectors and measurement…. Thanks Eric and Dan! Thanks Samantha!

ChrisKMember since Dec 2012

This is a picture of my Systainers…. T Locs and Originals.

madman_usMember since Sep 2014

ChrisKMember since Dec 2012

No if you will all excuse me, I have to take a shower. I’m sweating my butt off. And by the way….that shows my love for TiA, that was a slippery, cold, snowy pain in the AS$!

madman_usMember since Sep 2014

ChrisKMember since Dec 2012

Hahaahahah imwas thinking a White Christmas from Sam Adams but Hot Milk and Honey sounds good too. Hey how do you know my last two girlfriends?????

Alan mMember since Dec 2014

what was the height chris

MikeyBMember since Dec 2014

That’s impressive Chris… What do you mostly use your systainers for?

regopitMember since Feb 2013

damn!! Chrisk nice collection bro!!
ChrisKMember since Dec 2012

Thanks guys. Truthfully, I only bought three as storage units without tools. Now I mix and match the boxes. I have fasteners in some of my l boxxes as well as clamping elements in their too. My Systainers are for Festool tools mostly. I’ve got one just full of Dominos for my DF500. I will be putting my parallel guide set (aftermarket) in one of the fours. I have a Tough System and T Stak drawer unit as well as the Dewalt top tool box not pictured. When I finish the shop they will be there to see!

Alan m wrote:

Alan, I’m not sure. I was standing on the second to last rung of my step ladder and reaching as far up as I could it’s pretty tall. Maybe 11 feet or thereabouts? I was hoping a wind didn’t come along and destroy my pile of tools! Those darn things are heavy! Oh and the Mirka Systainer…I don’t own a Mirka, that is my Ryobi Airstrike Brad Nailer kit with a battery and extra nails.
MikeyBMember since Dec 2014

Very cool Chris, I’m not too familiar with the systainers, just used to packing the power tools in the gang boxes, but might consider some systainer or t-stack style one of these days..

comp56Member since Sep 2014

its all about the box about the box no treble me don’t have these boxes so I can’t stack

Samuel L.Member since Sep 2014

Guys I think Chris needs a Festool Intervention.

NERemodelingMember since Aug 2014

Chris, nice stack of systainers you have there!! Don’t cut yourself short though.. your systainers collection (including the Mirka and minis) measures out to 144.125″ or 12′-0 1/8″ or 366.08cm!! I don’t know the exact sizes of lboxes but I would say your right around 22″ so all in you at 13′-10 1/8″ or 422cm!!!

NERemodelingMember since Aug 2014

So I wasn’t able to stack them as of yet due to weather, crazy busy at work and just life but I wanted to submit a placeholder photo so here it is
There is only one of my large open top tool boxes missing from the picture
grand total height if they were all stacked would be 362.2″ 30′-2 3/16″ or 920cm

Photo from the original forum

I’ll try to stack them all somehow as soon as I can

ChrisKMember since Dec 2012

Wow. That’s quite a bit more than I thought. And Holy Smokes! 30′ freakin’ feet?!?!?!??!?!? That’s awesome! Difference…..Chris – Amateur…..John – Professional 😀

NERemodelingMember since Aug 2014

Having a hard time making the picture rotate correctly from my phone. I’ll mess with it later from a computer.

Thanks guys! Being a site contractor and often having to setup and breakdown daily, having the majority of my tools in systainers really save me a lot of time. Also if I am leaving my tools in a customers home then they really appreciate how clean and organized I am.

Thanks for the rotation madman 😉

madman_usMember since Sep 2014

your welcome man…

how do your systainers stay in place?

Alan mMember since Dec 2014

wow NER. I think that’s 56 systainers

I thank you sir..I thank you very much….:)

NER, I just bought two Festool Cooltainers from Uncle Bob. Personally a waste of money but they are Black systainer 4’s and he has them marked down to 76! I AM NOT STACKING THEM ALL AGAIN, I’ll just add the pic I was having a coronary after six feet, they were swaying.

Add a little over 2′ to the stack!! The black and green is really cool. I’ve got ocd about them all being the same color.

You can take the insulation out and use them for tools also.

Builderbob from over on FOG lives right near me and we work together on occasion.. he uses one for his lunch box

Alan m wrote:

When you put it that way, it seems like I have a problem…. nahhhhhh. Haha.

The black spot is deceiving, that’s actually 2.. a sys1 sortainer and a sys 2.

That and the one that was on another job brings the grand total to 58.. yikes (don’t tell my wife)

madman_usMember since Sep 2014

wow 58 – heck of a number

I just saw this.. sorry for missing it

there are aluminum straps that hold them in..

if your on a computer or zoom in on your phone you can see the pieces of aluminum hanging vertically between all of the systainer shelves. Now if you look at each vertical stack of systainers, at the center bottom of each stack is a large head screw and at the center top is a latch I came up with. There is zero chance of them coming out during travel.

They only take a few seconds to remove and replace.

i figured that out after a few days inspecting the picture haha

NERemodelingMember since Aug 2014

there were a few boxes waiting on my porch yesterday when I got home from Tool Nut.. well actually festoolproducts.com but same thing..
2 more systainers to add to the collection! I think I’m going to use the maxi for a cordless case and the other one is a midi.. not 100% sure what I’m going to put in that one yet but it’s my first midi
Feeling good to be at an even 60 !!
