The big TIA stack off

Archived from the Tools In Action forum (Pub Talk). This thread is read-only.

Let’s have a little competition here and see which of us got the tallest, most expensive, most colorful or whatnot stack. There’s nothing to win besides eternal fame on the TIA boards.

The rules.

– You need to stack your cases. Preferably the stackable kind, but regular toolboxes are allowed too (on your own risk)

– Take a picture, post it here and don’t forget to measure your stack(s)

– TIA or it’s members cannot be held responsible for any injury or damage in your trying to enter the competition 😉

I’ll start by showing mine…

A good 360cm. Though it’s lacking 2 cases that weren’t around.

Conductor562Member since Nov 2011

I think you win!

Mr. YellowMember since Jan 2011

Nah, someone else wanted to compete and I’m pretty sure he is going to win. Anyway, get those cases out and start stacking. Let’s see yours…

hahaha       I’m actually a little nervous to stack them all!   can it be 2 stacks next to each other?

NERemodelingMember since Aug 2014

throwing blow molded cases in the mix is just gonna get dangerous!   I’m sticking to stackable only!!     ill get it maybe tomorrow but probably monday when I’m back on the job site

NordrawMember since Dec 2012

Yeah, you win. Nice picture though.

Mr. YellowMember since Jan 2011

Come on Chris. Get your systainers out and start building. It’s snowing so you don’t want to be outside anyway.

You’re only famous for your snobbism, not your systainers….yet 😉

comp56Member since Sep 2014

I have tried several ways to stack these boxes for a pic, but every time it didn’t work……. I figured out why however…..I don’t have any!

madman_usMember since Sep 2014

do you live in the woods ?= 😀

chadlanthierMember since Mar 2013

Why yes madman, I actually do. I live in a very rural town of about 100 give or take. I have to drive to the next town over just to go to the little hardware store. I have to drive an hour to go to lowes and 2 1/2 hours to go to homedepot. But I only have to drive 2 minutes to get to the lake.

i just saw the trees thru your window. i would rather live like that too. instead of living in a community or city where you can look from one window in the next and see whats the neighbor doing

regopitMember since Feb 2013

Ok here is my stack or stacks. I only had 8′ ceiling on my job and I had one box that would not fit so I broke it down to 2 plus I have my Festool stack I will add later.
