humm no manuals over here. i have 2, i believe they are both old craftsman 1/2″ and 3/8″ any guess at what they should be?
Usually it is 20% of the max torque is what they reccomend.

good to know, Thank you.. i just checked and my 3/8 was at about 10% of max and my 1/2″ was 30% not too bad i guess.
both at 20% now. they dont get nearly as much as they used to
