Well I did not see alot of tools I really relly need, except the mid torque wrench but I think we all can agree about FV being a big hit and kept alive since Dewalt keep releasing new tools now and then. They are surely aiming to take over the corded market completely. The tripod light shows that they may be looking over their cordless work lights with hopefully more lights to come.

Some more info on the 20v heater… saw it sitting on the shelf in the TIA live stream, but could have missed it if I blinked. Quick google search threw this up

70,000 BTU? Good grief that is some heat…but if it’s propane, what’s necessary for the battery exactly?

The battery is for the ignition and blower motor more than likely
Ah. I live about 4 steps from hell so I wouldn’t know how all that works, lol.
I cant find the photo now (should have saved it) but spotted what looked like a picture of a 20v grinder with a vertical disc? Anyone else see that?

I did notice some of the prices for the new Dewalt tools are kinda pricey the bare tool mud mixer is more than the Milwaukee.
Sweet gang boxes… I didn’t see a price tho? I question if they would be similar to Knaack and Jobox?

Seems like a lot more plastic and moulding for those big ass leverage handles though. I think it’s a superior design off paper. Stats I have no idea.

I think the telescoping light is cheaper. Not for sure though.

Milwaukee was a little crazy for a moment on the pricing on their lighting.

And Dewalt responded in kind by doing the same thing when they brought out their DCL070. $400 for a light is just madness for people that just want a light and not all the other stuff.
No – like a 20v angle grinder but the disc was orientated vertically to the handle.. sorta like if you’d rotated the grinder to cut sheet stock, but the handle and trigger were rotated so your hand sat straight instaed of on the sideMattias Blomqvist wrote:

If I’m understanding you correctly you can do this with just about any grinder, remove the 4 bolts on the head, rotate 90 degrees and reinsert bolts.
Cheers feel like a dummy now, as I did sorta know that lol. Obvious but forgotten, just excited for some more new tools :). Now I’ve got the flexvolt grinder might do that to my old 20v for cutting down sheet metal.Hugh Jass wrote:

Yea I figured when I buy into the flexvolt grinder I’ll do it to my old 20v so I have both as well.

Oh now I see. I think that you can do that with most grinders out there [emoji106]SDS wrote:

Rotate it 90 degrees in the correct direction and the sparks will fly out the bottom, rotate in the wrong direction and they are coming out the top. Either way some will make it back toward the operator, however out the top will be more noticeable and more annoying at the same time.

many grinders have this feature but some do not like the new Bosch grinder.

I think so..and pics compared to the rigid……it works great…..I’d love a Flexvolt 5 gal hybrid with more air flow ,, but for now it solves my problem for no power doing hangers and metal connections

They could easily convert their 6 gallon pancake to a flexvolt 120v.
One would think so….but gotta cut the noise level down…the flex compressor isn’t bad at all but could be quieter like the 200psi Dewalt trim compressor I have

yeah the pancakes are just annoyingly loud.
the new tough system drawer unit is not only coming in a 3 drawer version but there will be a new 2 drawer version as well
That 3 drawer looks sweet and I heard it’s water resistant dust proof…I’m sure the 2 drawer is as nice….great additions to the tough system line up……I’ll be getting some , not nearly as many as @77Ford has. He is the tough system king,, that tower wall of boxes pic , is freaking amazing !

Picked one of these up at Lowe’s for $149.99. Love it. Heats a 400 sq foot garage easily….and gets it toasty.
@jslsker..I’ve had mine a while ,it works great…I love it..
The second picture show the Tool Connect mid range impact wrench. Possibly some new mini Tstak storage compatible with bit boxes in the last 2 pictures? @midogrumpy @Framer joe @JimboS1ice
I realized it is all Europe stuff so I’m not sure about if the new storage is coming to North America.
It would be great if they expand the Tstak line…I have plenty, love them but more options would be great….
