haha, when in doubt, push harder! Does the shaft come completely out on that model? On mine you extend it, press the release and pull.
Perhaps a bit of lubrication would help ease things along?

Yea it fully extends just needs a little lube, the sprig feels like it sticks a tad, just needs to be worked a little and all should be well, awesome little driver!

That is why good old fashion screwdrivers are best. Never have to worry you’ll get caught with you screwdriver fully extended…
