OK so as a lot of you now know my fiancé was just in the hospital for a nerve disorder she came home with a grabber in order to be able to help pick things up I need some ideas on how to build her something to keep it in without risk of falling but also something that is kind of portable I don’t want a piece of PVC just hanging out in my house but I also need to build something kind of quick so just looking for some input on maybe some thoughts you guys have [External image (uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com), not copied] this is the grabber

Some sort of holster on her hip? The reacher feature haahha ahem….sorry
if she needs it all the time maybe put a long string on it and around her wrist so if it does fall or she lays it down she can bring it to herself by the string.
Not quite sure what your trying to do like in her or near her?

How about one of those badge holders? They look like a spring phone line.
Put a belt clip on it. Tear apart one of those cheapo phone cases form Menard’s, use the belt clip.
If you want this to stay with her use a drill/impact belt clip to hang with her.

If it is going to be something used in the kitchen area, you could add a couple of decorative cabinet pulls somewhere and rest it on them. It looks thin enough for something like that. Outside of that, you might try some hooks of some type, and let it hang against something.

Stick one on the wall in each room. When you’re ready, pull the tab and remove it with no glue or damage left behind.
What about gluing a magnet to the grabber and where you want to keep it? Or get one of the oxygen small single tank that roll on put magnets on it so she could move it from room to room and not have to carry a holder for the grabbers.

Thanks that’s pretty much exactly like something I want I didn’t think they just look and see if they already had one but yeah that’s what I want something that is portable but something that she can just Kinda lean it up against so that she can get it whenever she wants. I must say this is really the best forum ive ever found

Maybe attach a carabiner to it? Then shell be able to clip it to whatever shes near.
