Looks like a pin nailer
Someone at Milwaukee isn’t going to be happy. This wasn’t taken in the USA from the style of the 2.0ah battery.
Oh man I’m scared really scared….. For my wallet……
Nice. I can’t wait to see what they come out with!

Is it just me or does the belt clip seem in the wrong place to hang it, like the clip should be rotated to work better

Finally Milwaukee is going for wood working.

I’m with you on that one, the body is to small to be a Finnish or even a Brad nailer. If it’s a Brad nailer then I want to see what power it has.
Why have numbers for your nail count though, its not like you count how many nails you use… and theres no markings either just numbers
yeah makes no sense to have numbers. Just need to know when I’m about to run out lol.Jimbos1ice wrote:

Nothing new on Milwaukees site about nailers. I guess this was a real leaked pic.
Hey I started the topic..how didnt the other guy steal it??!?!!
I clicked start new topic and typed in that title??
Says he posted 9 minutes before me which is cool but no way we both happened to type same title..and when i got the first few comments it was jus my topic now it’s the other guys…

you can see how many nails you have through the windows and can see how many nails at a glance by the numbers

Makes sense..I was jus thinking I was going crazy or something lol

so that means we won’t have it here for another 5 years….
Yay! Pack your bags Campbell Hausfeld, you need to find another garage to go to; Red is moving in.
Makes me happy if true, and smart of Milwaukee if it’s a pin. You figure lots of peeps have brad, finish nailers from Ryobi and Dewalt so coming out with a pin nailed might be smart as only Makita is making a cordless one I think. I’d be happy to add a fuel pin nailer to my ryobi Brad nailer.
Looks very cool !
Very cool such such a tease though.
Was this taken in Prague by any chance? The Milwaukee European conference (similar to US Symposium) starts next week and is being setup now. If so, a very naughty staff member has leaked this 😉
From what I was told this is a 18g brad. It’s definitely not a flywheel mechanism which is amazing because most compressed air guns are much larger than this

Also I bet a tester leaked this photo, you can tell this gun has been in use for at least a few weeks due to the wear on it. I bet he lost his testing privileges lol

Yup noticed that too, couldn’t figure it outYiKKiT wrote:

I agree. Most other nails guns have hooks near the fitting, so I think it should be located above the battery. I think where it’s at now, the battery is going to want to make it swing down and off your belt.
It could be conceptual still so placement could change. Glad to see Milwaukee stepping into the game though!
I think I might be seeing more red in my future!!!! Man I have been waiting all morning to see this post!
I like it, it looks really compact compared to the Dewalt, can’t wait for a tool fight. They also have a cordless mitersaw coming down the river too.
Something doesn’t seem right to me. It looks like a pin nailer. Why would Milwaukee finally introduce a nailer, only for it to be a pin running on the Fuel line? Its the pin and fuel , I just don’t see going together.

Stapler maybe?
Well one nailer doesn’t a range make. Could be since they’re coming to the table with cordless nailers they might have a few different models to offer, crown, pin brad etc. Considering they all work fundamentally the same way it’s better to have a range to spread development costs over a model range. That being said it does look very svelte for a nailer but if you look at its corporate cousins from Ryobi and Rigid a couple things standout. Ryobi’s stapler had a square boxy staple transport mechanism this Milwaukee photo looks similar to the ryobi and rigid nailer design with the two raised ridges running down the length of it, rigid uses clear plastic but this looks very similar to the ryobi Brad here. Also Rigid put the belt clip in the same spot on the head so that’s nothing weird.
either way it looks like a break through in the nailer world
I wonder if they will having a framing nailer, or if its just going to be trim nailers.
could be?regopit wrote:

If it’s a stapler, it would have to be an 18ga narrow crown stapler based on the height of the fastener clip, and there’s no way they’d make an 18ga stapler and not an 18ga nailer unless it’s a combination which I’ve never seen in cordless even with gas cartridges.
No way that’s a pin nailer !!!
Look at the magazine ! 18guage 2 1/8 brad nailer
I don’t care, it’s not Ryobi, but…here’s some info
Gotta be some supersonic motor inside that thing!
Yea I don’t think it will work too good like it is. LolKnarlyCarl wrote:

Let’s not forget in the statement released my Milwaukee a few weeks back..
Milwaukee’s Response: The entire Milwaukee team looks forward to the launch of our FUEL cordless nailer line up during the first half of 2016!
Regardless of what model we are all drooling over right now..the statement they release would lead us to believe there will have a full range of nailers..let just hope it spans all the way to a framing gun!!!

Check out the rigid nailer..clips are in similar location..I thought they were odd too but makes sense cause that’s where the bulk of the weight is instead of the weight being able to swing around and beat ur leg up or possibly fall
Yea it is.
It is… That just seems weirdYiKKiT wrote:

Regardless this is a big deal for Milwaukee and all the red guys. I’m really intrigued by the Ridgid line and with TTI parenting these guys maybe there some collaboration in some areas. If that is a stapler or a pinner that would be really neat for the woodworkers out there.
Yeah it looks like they have a renewed interest in woodworking/carpentry so fingers crossed the mythical miter isn’t far off either 😛
