Crap wood. Over priced wood. Lack of decent woodworking tools (seriously they’re not a wood working store but…) all valid reasoning from this guy Carl!
DR99Member since Nov 2012

But stacks of awesome power tools still the same 🙂

ChrisKMember since Dec 2012

Yeah…a little too much red but….;)

That leaves the case, dam it! screwed again. I had to check that person who posted just before me, I thought Dan’s account got hacked lol. Glad to see him on the forum.

ChrisKMember since Dec 2012

Yeah Chad, I don’t think that is going to change. I mean I’ll add Powermatic and Sawstop to that category too 🙂

Thanks Dan!

For you nay sayers……wow. So little faith………;)

MikeyBMember since Dec 2014

Those look awesome Chris, enjoy

ChrisKMember since Dec 2012

Thanks Mikey! I hate to admit it, they feel pretty good. I still think the grip on the Dewalt is better but these do feel awesome. Can’t wait to try them out but I don’t really have anything big going on right this minute. I was thinking about adding a lean too to the back of my shed for my Can Am but we will see!

you be careful with those things, these tools have some real power.

This is Not Your Father’s Oldsmobile….lol

Jimbo, My brother in-law bought 5 kits last month. He got them for $315 each plus a free bare fuel tool. He didn’t need the drills but he wanted the impacts and batteries so the deal was too good to pass up. If all you need is the bare Drill I know he would be willing to sell one.

Thanks Comp, I have to admit, the torque on the return was pretty impressive. The structural lumber I will be using will all be PT 6x with some large lags. I’m thinking those won’t be an issue with these guys.

I didn’t realize that he was out of town on a snowmobile trip so I haven’t had a chance to talk to him yet. I should be able to get in touch with him today and let you know. Initially he told me that he only wanted to keep 2 of the drills so I think he was going to try to sell 3 of them.
