You never know how hard it is to NOT buy stuff when you’re at Home Depot… I’m going crazy waiting for the new year to see what’s new on the market. Anyone else waiting?
Yep yep ๐ belgium still needs too get the Makita 18+18 brushless mitre saw and somewhere in spring/early summer the brushless recipro and brushless high torque wrench should be there ๐
Still months of waiting !
Anything specific you are waiting for Petro ?

Heck, if one of you guys would give me your CC number, I’d walk out of there with three corded circular saws and a Bosch Miter saw…
And a coke!BK13 wrote:

I’m waiting on the brushless recip from Makita. Both of the brushless models look awesome, but the single 18v looks like it will be more than enough for my purposes.
I would wait I think Milwaukee is coming out with some nailers and woodworking stuff from what Dan hinted towards but can speak about it.

I want to see Milwaukee’s 9amp batteries on the market to go with their new M18 Fuel Miter saw….
Got to see this brand New Bosch drill yesterday. Its due to release in europe in January, but my friend is an Bosch rep here. Metall chuck, brushless, same handle as the gdx impact, almost same size as 10,8 volt!Petro0311 wrote:

That thing is tiny…I need that! Curious if there will be a US release. Even with 18v bosch I still grab the 12v often just for the compactness. Thanks a lot Tottobjer, now I want one!

Yup I want that! I’m a Bosch whore. Loltottobjer wrote:

I’m still waiting for a cordless router
Nice too see that drill ! We have received the new Bosch promo folder and those drills were in there.
Nice improvement from the preview GSR 18v EC brushless drill ๐
That’s a cool L-boxx, didn’t know it had battery meters on the outside.

The L-boxx is a normal one. The battery meters are on the charging bay.jimboslice wrote:

So you set the whole box on top to charge the packs?
Jimbo

Correct. You only need this platic in the lid, to press the battery against the charger. Try to get a photo next week.jimboslice wrote:

I agree!! I have the US brushless version currently available and I hate the grip. Nice find! I wish this had a spot for a T-handle add on though.ย
Bosch needs to get a move on with newer tools.
I’m having a little guess that a brushless heavy duty drill is around the corner. Their current GSR VE2 LI is gettibg alot of free stuff with it in belgium. Ussually a sign they are clearing out stock bexause a new type is coming.
Same with their brushless compact GSR 18v-EC. The last Bosch promo folder had that tool with a bunch of free drills/bits/etc… And now we have a follow up

I’ve been waiting for bosch to release a new cordless circ saw and sawzall for over two years. I’m hoping 2016 is the year. I’m getting their wormdrive table saw this march to help with the waiting period.
And a grinder !
Does anyone have experience with fein angle grinders? I really want the 5 in rat tail style one I saw on their site

I’ve heard a lot of good about them, but if your going to really drop some cash check out metabo, those are about the best grinder on the market.

Bosch is a little ridiculous with the slow tool releases. People complain about Dewalt being slow Bosch is like a tortoise when it comes to releasing brushless tools.
Bosch seems like they have cordless tools just to please the market and focus more on their corded tools.
Jimbo
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
They do make excellent corded tools yes ! Grinders are a bliss compared to Makita corded grinders in my opinion !
I will only buy bosch grinders I’ve always used bosch from when I left school and started working for an engineering firm and any other grinder in my hand doesn’t feel right !
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
i agree but I spoke to a bosch rep once and he said bosch don’t like to throw tools out quickly as the go through a long process of testing and typical German over engineering which is good but frustrating as I want a bosch cordless mitre saw lolJasonc wrote:
