Well, first thing to do was finish the new workbench- god damn MDF is heavy. My 1945 Craftsman saw took that shit in stride, tho… I love that thing![External image (images.tapatalk-cdn.com), not copied][External image (images.tapatalk-cdn.com), not copied][External image (images.tapatalk-cdn.com), not copied]

may I ask what kind of wiring is that on the wall? I’m not an electrician but to me it doesn’t look safe….
Nice little shop you’ve got going on there spencer. How are you liking that Fein? I got it too but it’s for my Dad for Christmas.
That’s a good size shop. I like it.

It’s one of those multi outlet electrical cords. It looks like he made little brackets to hold it.
Yeah that’s exactly what it looks like. I’d say perfectly safe and pretty ingenious actually!Jasonc wrote:

ok then, just doesn’t look right to me……….but then I don’t like electrical so it all has to be perfect for me to except it……
Are those extension cords?
Yeah, it’s an extension cord that I made brackets for. That shit is HIGHLY insulated tho and it uses 8AWG wire tho, so it can definitely take the abuse.
The Fein brushless is a dream, Chris!

Spencer, are you looking forward to eating a crapload of turkey tomarrow? 😛 I however am not the biggest fan of turkey, yeah I know, poor turkey’s get no love lol. I am doing a smoked hikory ham tomarrow! Yeah I know, sometimes pork just takes home the win, but are you really surprised, I mean, who doesn’t like a grade a ballpark hot dog with everything on it? lol Happy thanksgiving to all, and if you see a turkey running along side a road, make sure you run it over, skin it, cook it, otherwise trump will fire you HAHA
Hate to break it too you Proto but a lot of hot dogs have turkey fillers in them lol

I’m pretty sure fillers mean wieners! (I just want to qualify that this statement is in no way grounded in any kind of truth, it just was funny to me)jimboslice wrote:
