And I can use the kit c3 19,2 volt lithium-ion battery pack with charger 25928 sold in sears?

We are in Vegas and are talking with craftsman tomorrow about using the charger with that battery. As long as they are both lithium, you should be fine, but I can chech tomorrow. In regards to the reciprocating saw, it’s not louder than any other cordless we have used. In terms of power, what will you be using it for? If you are a home owner doing small demo stuff, you will be fine. If your doing bigger contractor jobs, I would go with the Bosch, dewalt or makita. If you have other c3 craftsman stuff, it does make a nice addition to your tool line up.

Ok. Just spoke with our craftsman rep as I am sure you don’t want to wait until tomorrow. He said the charger will work with the battery, the c3.

Yes you can cut wood, metal and PVC. Just make sure you have the right blade in the saw
