I’ve been using silicone on my hand tools & impact sockets and WD-40 on my jacks & jack stands. Is it okay to saturate the tools or should I be wiping the access off?
I do the same thing, just clean them with WD-40 when I am done. I have never had an issue. The key is to keep them dry. If your using them in a wet environment then that may be a different story!
