Dan, when I met my wife I was in the best shape of my life.. 19 at the time. Few hours a day in the gym.. about 195 lbs 6-pack abs, the whole 9 yards.. now… 10 years later I’m tipping the scales around 260 and the only 6 pack I’ve seen in a damn long time is sitting in my fridge! Haha

Sucks to be us guys! I am 45 as of a couple of weeks ago and am 230. 6-1 and still have it in my chest and shoulders but today I noted a paunch. Like I say to the girls at the bakery….”Gots to feed the tool shed”!

Just dropped by urgent care for a nagging ankle injury and I missed weight guess by .6 pound… 335.6.

No worries, it was all in good humor and most of all Dan was in on the fun. I agree with Proto, Dan is a great and fun to be around, even if its only through social media.n8n82250 wrote:
