This is not my own, but I have made a similar one before I even saw this. I make my version with Spicy-Hot Italian sausage, add a thin layer of hamburger meat, and Chorizo Sausage in addition to all the bacon. I also do NOT add any BBQ sauce, I leave that up to the person to decide.
Your version sounds awesome! I usually stuff mine with whatever leftover cheese and veggies I can find. My favorite one was stuffed with a few different cheeses, mushrooms, onions, and green pepper. It was delicious!
