I would start to buy dewalt tools. Like the drill and impact drive combo kit, cordless 20v max angle grinder, cordless shop vac, dual battery charger, big tool box.
if ya gave me $5000 I would buy a drum sander something like this

Sawstop cabinet saw.
Full line of 18v and 12v fuel!!!
I agree with Chris on this one, definitely a nice cabinet saw.
Probably a Festool Kapex. Maybe a nice dust collection system. Then probably take the rest and upgrade my table saw. I could spend this money about 1000 different ways. Good question, hadn’t really thought about it before.

. Hit the nail on the head there with the Kapex I would love to be part of the Festool snobness 😉kruton wrote:

Maybe I would just get 3 Kapex saws just because I could. Maybe leave a different blade in each one for different jobs!

I’d build a shed to get all my lawn equipment and other items out of the garage.
Husqvarna 580 bts, Husqvarna 324LDX, and a used 48 in commercial mower. Preferably a stander.

You guys joke about them, but if somebody gave me $5k, I might pick up a Snap On KRL1056 or KRSC46, midnight blue or sapphire.
As far as actual tools, it would depend on my mood. I’d probably go crazy with one brand…

Sidewinder circular saw
