Apparently JET is going to try the air tool market again. This should be interesting.

I never heard of Jet, who is Jet?

Probably one of the top large tool manufacturer around. They make shop table saws, planers, drill presses, jointers, large format sanders, lathes, band saws. It’s pretty top notch shop equipment.

Jet makes some nice tools.

The tool supplier I buy from has over 1000 Milwaukee items available. Quadruple that for Jet options. I wasn’t aware Jet ever stopped with air tools.

Hey may not have stopped, but it wasn’t a FULL LINE. they are now claiming to take on IR and Snap-On.

Oh I see what you’re saying Ricky. That’s interesting. Seems like a saturated market but competition is always a good thing.

I will be suprised if they can take on ingersoll rand. Even snap on has good air tools but a somewhat limited selection.

I would give them a try but I am skeptical.

Boy, they’d have to make a stellar product (or a niche that IR hasn’t filled) the lure me away from Ingersol Rand….

dose this mean that jet makes air commpressors?

Jet is big on dust collectors, I use two of there older models JSC-610DC and they work as new. I like there table and band saws also but never owned any of them.
