Hello all!
I was wondering if someone could inform me how to tell the difference between the M18 compact batteries; basically, what I am wondering is how does one determine if the battery is a 1.5 amp hour battery, or if it is a 2.0 battery? Thanks, and I look forward to any input, as I picked up a couple of these second-hand (but they look new), and I’m curious about this.
The 2.0 say “2.0” where they say M18 Red Lithium on the side of the pack, and have a different number for Watt Hours on the spec sticker on the pack.
The 2.0 ah batteries have 2.0 on the side. The 1.5ah just say M18 red lithium on the side.

Good point. 1.5 ah will show 27wh and 2.0 will show 36wh on the base.
Cool. Thanks for the info. My batteries say 27wh, so now I know that they are 1.5’s. I appreciate the quick feedback!
