The owner of the stores is kind of an asshole 🙁 Managers and employees can be terminated if they do any projects or build homes because he is paranoid about employee theft.

What the hell I just read more and they fired people because they worked at a union grocery store as a teenager in high school. I’m surprised he hasn’t had more legal problems.
Whata prick man it’s amazes me how people like that get to top positions with those kinda attitudes.
never been a big fan of menards always felt like it was a distant 3rd when compared to home depot and lowes. the article just made me dislike the store even more. great post and article.
