We just launched a giveaway for forum members only. It’s our way of saying thanks for being part of the TIA Crew. We are requiring people to have 50 posts. For the new people I know your thinking that is a lot, but you have until Oct 1, 2015. We also wanted to do something for the people who have been in here for a while. If you all ready have over 50 post, don’t worry, you are all ready entered.
Check out the video here below
Thank you guys for giving this away to the member there are some guys that spend a lot of time and work helping guys out with questions. Really appreciate it.
We don’t really need any incentives, well maybe a little, Couldn’t hurt I guess, Cash is always good but you know, we love it anyway. I comes from the heart. We’re just that way.
Awesome!! Thanks for looking out for the forum members.
That’s an awesome give away for forum members.
Personally I’d love to try out that reciprocating saw, it looks like a really nice size. I’m always trying to fit them into tight places at work.
Keeping it real for the Forum Members guys, thanks
Sweet, thanks for the forum exclusive giveaway!! Eric
Very awesome of u guys to do this Eric and Dan!!
this site is great already, see a new tool and want to know more about it or you got a new tool and want others to know about the tool this is the place to come ……..add the fact Eric and Dan give out such giveaways on top of this makes it awesome…….

I like the minimum post count, it would kind of suck to have someone win a forum prize that just posted long enough to know about it, win and roll off to somewhere else. Not that we need any incentive to post here. I love talking tools, jobs and how to work on projects.
There does seem to be a lot more activity in the forums today.
If I stop posting garbage on this forum, it will be for one of two reasons.PROTOOLNUT wrote:
AGREED! Unfortunately, that is how some people are I’m afraid. Register just to win a giveaway, post enough times to reach the minimum, then off they go, without even a thankyou to the crew. Talking about tools is fun, and hearing all the different opinions is equally fun. Plus its fun to be able to help others make buying decisions. In other words, we help each other spend our money, just as Dan, Eric, and the crew did for me. I am in it for the long haul, I intend to stay here for as long as I am able, or some unforseen circumstance rips me away from the site. And even if I end up in the hospital with some illness, I am going to request my computer be brought over and connect to their wifi so that I can stay in touch and talk tools. 🙂
1. If I die
2. If my Wife finds out that I went on this forum, sees all the Milwaukee tools I bought, realizes that “honey, what’s all these red tools you have?””ohhhh, nothing babe, I’ve had those long before I met you, yeah I’ve always had them, in fact they were passed down from my grandfather to my dad and he passed it down to me” was actually a lie, and reads this post.
If number 2 happens, then number 1 will quickly follow.
Anyways, I think it’s amazing how much work that Dan and Eric have put into T.I.A. They have been doing this for a long time and they have come a long way. What attracted me to the vids was the obvious, these are two guys in a garage talking about tools. Two beer bellied gentlemen, like myself, that are passionate about tools. The little bickering and bantering between Dan and Eric makes me laugh. The tool reviews are great, but it’s Dan & Eric that entertain me, not the tools. This forum is even better, it’s nice to finally talk with other people that enjoy tools and share stories from around the world.
Thank you guys for doing these giveaways, it’s awfully kind that you do. I just want to see T.I.A. grow. I really think a Google hangout with crew members would be cool. Maybe a network of T.I.A. Crew member reviews on YouTube would expand the membership. Maybe a T.I.A. themed D.I.Y. YouTube channel would be a big hit. I like the Periscope streams, please keep them coming. What if there was an annual T.I.A. Crew BBQ? That would be cool.

the exclusive giveaway, thank you so much. the forum winner gonna be happy for sure. those are some awesome tools in that kit.
Great giveaway. Whoever wins this will be happy.
great giveaway and a big thanks to bosch for throwing it in.
This giveaway is awesome. I’m sure it will increase traffic, discussion and awareness of this group which is good.
The Forum rocks! I am a newb on it but I wonder why I waited so long…
You guys are awesome!! I don’t get enough time to post a lot, but enjoy the site and your youtube videos!! Thank-you for the contest!
That’s awesome, thank u!
I’ll be honest the giveaway is where I found out about the forum. I had just been watching youtube and really liked the videos so I guess the giveaway is what turned me on to the forum. That being said I plan on keeping on here well after the giveaway. Honestly I wouldn’t feel right winning when I see the number of posts that some of you guys have and how much you honestly seem to love to share your knowledge and experience. I’m not sure if it’s my engineering background but I’m the kind of person that does a lot of research before I buy anything. Hopefully I can share what I have learned to help somebody else out and not make the same mistakes I have.

Forum give away is awesome, I know we all really want TIA in to succeed at every opportunity. I am hoping I can contribute more myself here soon as I continue getting better with my health. I have some awesome projects that are kind of on hold for now.
Bosch has been a great sponsor and is an awesome tool brand.

Thanks to Eric and Dan for putting this on. Yea, we are the crew but if they really wanted to Jew us, they would just keep the tools. But this shows their true humble selves.

this is a great giveaway, no doubt. since i’m short on posts, I have to get cracking!
Although I would love to win this set, I will officially pull my self out of the drawing because there are many people on here that our much more deserving. My contribution to many of the subs on this forum are lacking because I am more of a “lurker” than a commenter.
