hey guys,
im planning on buying a cement mixer (electric).
which manufacturer can you suggest?
so many views but no input – come on guys
I wish I could help but this is something I have zero experience or knowledge of 🙁
MM my wife’s uncle in San diego bought a med size one from Harbor freight for cheap to and he did a lot cement work with it I don’t know if he still has it or not but last I heard he really liked it a lot.
i looked at that one but i kinda dont like HF’s quality when you know what i mean 😛
We have a couple Kushlan wheelbarrow type mixers at our shop. They take a lot of abuse, fit through standard doorways, very easy to transport. They have little to no setup. All around they are great.
i have a kobalt one.
If i where to buy another, i would get the wheelbarrow style. Mine stands too tall. It is designed to dump into a wheelbarrow. I typicall use it to fill in trenches we saw cut in slabs.
Look into batch trucks… depending on how much you have it might be your best bet… usually no mininum, they mix just what you need at your house and then leave. Anything more than a few bags and that is usually what I do.
