I built this rolling storage for my garage. I used a Harbor Freight furniture moving dolly as a base. I made it accessible from both sides and made 2 drawers per side. I have not finished adding all the pegs to the sides and figuring out how I want them laid out yet.

Really good idea for a small garage like mine. Is it top heavy at all
I have not noticed any problems with it being top heavy. But it is not fully loaded yet.

I am all about things on casters. I like being able to move things around.
