I wish this kit with the tough box was out when I first started my Dewalt line.

Hey BigMikeZ,

I seen that same kit yesterday as well. I hope DeWalt does more of these kits that come boxed with either TStak or Tough system containers.

NaluRash I sure hope so to man I would’ve been stocked up on t Stak and tough boxes by now. But hopefully they keep this up.

Does it come with one 4.0 and one 2.0 battery? I can’t tell by the pictures. For $100 less you can get the kit with two 3.0 batteries. It doesn’t have the light or the case though

Here’s another pic I had took

I’m pretty sure it was a 4.0 and 2.0 and another plus was seeing that built in usa sticker 🙂

They did something similar for Black Friday I bet this is for fathers day. $399 is pretty steep but the free tool or battery helps with the price. I might pick one up if I see one cheap on clearance later.

Agreed all around but for $399 you get Dewa

To premier brushed hammer and the impact made here in the U.S. PLUS…..a tough system box….PLUS….another tool or battery….win win here!

… With Global materials… So really it was just assembled here. Lol. Those tricksy hobbits.

Not a bad kit at all. If they were able to keep some Americans working doing some final assembly I am all for it. It is a global economy and to think everything would be manufactured here is a little bit of a stretch for any company.

i really hope DeWalt starts selling their tools in tough boxes in the US. im sick of it only happening overseas.
