I have a milwaukee 0824-20 hammer drill from an 18v combo kit and its selector collar is stuck on hammer mode. anyone have opinions on what wrong everything else on the drill works but its stuck on hammer
Could be a couple of things. Sounds goofy, but are you sure nothing is stuck in the collar? If thats not it, try “carefully” taking the chuck out and you can open the drill. Something sounds like it could be in the gearing.
