If you are on a budget, or if you are a home owner who is thinking should I buy a cheap tool, then think about the reconditioned tool market.
You may find you can now afford a quality tool for the same price as a cheaper lower quality item.
Many have been rebuilt by the manufacturer or by a recognised repairer and carry a good warranty.
Remember to ask questions and keep an open mind and you could get yourself a very good deal. 🙂
