I was reading Fortune 100 and saw that Hiliti made the top 100 places to work at #89.
I’m impressed that a tool company made the list.
That’s cool! I wish I worked at Hilti.
I was following a (I guess) salesman in a Hilti van last week. Thing was decked out pretty sweet as far as markings and what not. Unfortunately he went west and I went east so I don’t know where he was heading as none of the local hardware stores carry anything other than .22 nailers. All I could think was….”wonder if that guy likes his job?” Guess I know the answer now!
Many years ago, my Mom worked for Hilti in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She liked her job and I did too as they would hold these family days where they showed off a bunch of their stuff. I still reme.ber how cool the concrete anchor demos were.

You didn’t light him up just to check out his truck? LOL
Job satisfaction has a big impact on your everyday stress level. I think it’s great that Hilti held family days, it’s nice to involve your family in such a huge part of your life. We all spend a lot of time at work.
