I know the 5pc kit just recently came out but does anyone know if Ridgid will make a new 2pc kit like either the R9601 or R9600SB kit with the drill and impact from the Gen5x set.

Bloch98, I dont have an answer for you but it seems it would be crazy if they didnt offer something like that.. maybe they are offering the big kit first to entice the people who “gotta have it” to buy more than they really need and then in a few months will come out with the smaller kits..

the price on the big kit is not a bad deal for all that u get with it compared to other brands.
I’m sure they will, just need to be a little patient I would think.
