This water flow continued for about 10 minutes, after the video I placed the trashcan under the Fan and areas where water was seeping through then continued to clean up the mess. Maintenance is here now examining the problem.
Sorry to hear that!! Hopefully nothing of yours was damaged. Kinda weird to have a water leak now as its warming up now not freezing 🙂
Damn bro that sucks man! Like DR said I also hope nothing of ur guys things weren’t damaged or to damaged I remember getting home one night and the kids heard a sissing sound from the right side of the house and when we got inside there’s was a small puddle building up in the corner of our living room I think it had just started mayby a few min b4 we got home thank god.i hope all goes well Robert

I absolutely hate water problems. Why didn’t u jump in there and open it up yourself.
I’ve seen that before at an apartment that I lived in many years ago. They ended up moving me to another apartment after I filed a complaint. Hope you get it fixed as soon as possible.
any updates on the damage or where it leaked from ?!
I’m annoyed, the night maintenance came. They said they would of come yesterday to open up the ceiling and check things out, they never did. I got home from work 10 minutes ago and still nothing is done…I’ve been working long days, I start at 7am. I’m about to open the ceiling up myself and fix it but, I shouldn’t have to.
I need to get out of apartment living is what I need…

Dude that blows! I hope your maintenance guy makes it right. This is one thing I hated about living in an apartment, you can’t jump in and fix stuff and neither do they.
