So my work doped this months flyer and it is awesome its a power tool sale month.
https://www.kmstools.com/eflyer
Prices are in Canadian dollars so just multiply by 0.8 to get the converted amount in US dollars.
I apologize for possibly making you spend lots of money.
as nice as some of these prices are it sucks that they don’t offer free shipping even after a certain amount….
no tool / price where i would say wow i have to buy that….
How much to ship the free smokies and pop to Illinois?
to me the Milwaukee trade in promo not worth it unless you have broken tools, they want battery and charger too???
the Dewalt framing nailer is priced pretty well
Probably great find for R Canadian brothers. Not so much for us.

Did no one see the 5amp dewalt batteries for 64$ US each.
I’m mulling over the idea of the makita dual battery charger and possibly the makita cordless drywall cutout tool
the pricing is much better than the US even after the shipping is figured in.
Decisions decisions!!!!
i just flew over the flyer – i just looked that the blue stuff 😛
I deal with a couple different sites and free shipping is huge for me….

Yea Comp shipping is not that great but our american buddies can really benefit from the 80 cent on the dollar conversion ratio
ya free shipping is important to me too. even sometimes tax free
oh lol, forgot to multiply it by 0.8 haha
just tried to check shipping costs and tax for usa, CA 92284 but i just get an error

i prolly order something, maybe we can order it via Samual and he gonna ship it for us in 1 package to save shipping costs.
what you think NER & Sam
like everything else in life, you have to shop around…..my wife goes to three different grocery stores to get all the groceries, one has good prices on meat ect ect another is better for something else ect ect after awhile she has got it down to a science….when it comes to tools for me I try to buy local as often as I can for a few reasons…..support for local shops and less hassle if anything goes wrong with product and most important I get it right now….lol

I’m digging the Makita cut out tool as well

You can buddy your order up with each other but I am on a really tight leash right now so I have to do everything just right
ok after creating an account it actually showed me shipping costs for about 25 USD to California.
kms dont charge tax ?!

man dont worry – i understand that
if kms really dont charge tax its a pretty sweet deal.
the bosch kit i was looking at would be at 203.85 USD including s/h.
it includes, 2x 2.0 batteries, charger, 1x lboxx2, idh182, dds182

and thats a different picture of it:

i was eyeballing the bare kit of the IDH182 @ homedepot. so just the impactor and lboxx2 with not batteries etc.
that kit runs at 185 USD with tax.

so for around 20 bucks more – i get 2x 2ah batteries and a Bosch DDS182

I think tax is included in the price if its online

ya that sounds great….man the same kit cost here 400 USD with tax
i was actually saving up for the bosch drywall screw gun lol
don’t think that is the case, I think tax is added right at check out
For that Dewalt framer and 5.0 battery with shipping in US is like $381! That’s an awesome deal.
comp56 wrote:

i did the whole process to the end, that i just had to submit the order and there was no point of tax
did you see tax chris ?!
Thanks for sharing this, Samuel. there are several good deals that I’m going to have a tough time resisting.
yea that deal is really awesome if I had the funds I would definitly jump on itChrisK1970 wrote:

ya even the battery itself is a no-brainer. 64 USD + s/h
$139 @ HomeDepot USA

well when you switch your location to the US it has no tax included.
oh I see……..ok so they buy it ship to us then we ship it to them then they ship it to us………now I’m confused who gets the tool?

awesome – i kinda like that haha.
already got the OK from my financial advisor
Well,my card is all but paid off. This sucks.
I’m right there with YA chris
I was eyeballing the Milwaukee 2720-20 but it doesn’t appear to be for sale on the site (either click through on the flyer or browsing directly). Is it just sold out?
Looking at the prices, I wish I hadn’t already bought the 7 1/2″ Fuel Circular Saw (2731). Even with shipping, USD $163 is a killer deal.

Yea our website development team is could be better if its not there call coquitlam main office ask them to fix it if they cant in time call one of the stores and place a phone order on it.
i already have 5/ maybe 6 items in my cart – i just wait until the sale starts 😛

It did start and goes all march long
but not the “hot deal” ones, some from march 8-14 and some 12-14

I was wondering that too Madman. Some of the stuff is going right now.
call store before you make an order, the online site has no indication of stock levels…..I can not stand getting notified of an item on back order….it is bad enough having to pay for an item with a credit card and worse if you have to pay and not even have it….

is that common with kms ? or you do that in general ?!

You don’t even know how packed it is on 3 day sales I don’t even try to do anything then only work in the warehouse because if you walk onto the sales floor you make it about 40 feet on the Thursday or Friday and only 10 feet on a Saturday before some customer needs your help.
I will place the order right after midnight when the new price for that is online / activ

I can imagine that.
some of these prices are awesome but the one and only time I dealt with them I ran into the back order issue, what pissed me off most was when I called about it they told me not sure of date and they have not had any stock of that Item for weeks? I said why offer it on the web site I ended up cancelling order…….and got it local for $20 difference …………but had it in my hand same day………
the store is surely great for walk-ins but online needs some IT work………real time counter for stock would be nice or at least a warning of stock being low……..
Oh i really hope i get the stuff.
Ya walk in is kinda difficult for me haha. Would be a long trip.

No our stock management in store is almost just as bad
Seems like a pretty decent deal for the Bosch Drill and Impact. Does that impact/wrench work pretty good? Like as far as power? Or is it mainly just more convenient since you don’t have to put on an adapter for sockets?

MM placing a tool order…I would have never seen that coming. ;D
