Hi All

I’m new to this forum, and I live in the UK

My hobby is robotic combat similar thing to Robot Wars or as you may know it BattleBots???

Anyway I am in need of some drill bits for drilling metal and I am unsure where to look.

I’m pretty sure cobalt is the best route for me as i have to drill some tough metal, so I am mainly looking for good drill bit manufactures

Any help is welcomed

If anyone wants more info on the sport I am a part of take a look at

Thanks psycho fling 🙂

You are definitely right. Cobalt is the best drill bit for Power Tools. Bosch drill bits or Mibro drill bits are your best option.

Thanks Steve

Do you have links for the UK? I have heard of Bosch naturally but not Mibro I presume that is an American company?

I would buy them from a store really. At least read the box so your 100% sure it’s Cobalt drill bit… I only have the English model number. C010 for a 10 piece set. Sadly Bosch doesn’t list what’s in that set lol…
