So just wondering, I did major oops and left a paint can on my bandsaw table. The paint did not leak or anything, I just left a large ring on the table, like a water mark. Just wondering what’s the best way to fix this, and also should I be using some sort of oil on the table.
lets see a pic….
WD-40
1000 and/or 2000 grit wet sand paper,
wax remover ( to clean the surface from the WD-40)
cabinet makers wax – to seal the surface
or you can also use vinegar and 500 grit paper ( I read that but not sure how it works out )
Thanks guys I’ll try that. When I get a chance, I’ll add a photo
I know it doesn’t look like much, but it drivese nuts.
That doesn’t look to bad. Its not hard to clean it man
Yeah I already hit with some sandpaper. That’s the last little bit just does not want to come up.
try gasoline, or if you have some kerosene they both work but i would take your saw outside before you try
