I live 36 miles from a border store and I get a lot of deals where it is free shipping lower 48, and some times $75 or more to go the extra few miles across the border?…..silly I just make up bigger orders and go pick em up now and again or there is always one of my buddies going across too…..
$75 is redicolous. I don’t pay that much to ship to California, and I live in NY. Do u pay duty fees or something. That usually kills the deal.
ya not always duties and crap it’s just in the shipping, but same here I can ship something from here to the far west in BC and it is cheap but cross a border and bingo all kinds of stupid broker fees……..taxes then exchange has to come in to the picture……..
