Very nice comp!

madman_usMember since Sep 2014

nice man – I like that….kreg is just awesome to use

madman_usMember since Sep 2014

do you buy the pocket hole plugs?

I use 3/8 dowels to cover them up, its cheaper 😛

comp56Member since Sep 2014

yes I bought a pack to have and yet it’s funny cause if I’m working with paduak, oak, black ash mahogany ect ect I make my own doweling with the router…….so I get a nice match…..

madman_usMember since Sep 2014

Oh nice. Ya i just wanted to mention it 😛

ScoszkoMember since Oct 2014

Very nice setup. I’ve been thinking about getting a box to keep my kreg jigs and parts separate from everything else. Kreg systems are awesome.

chadlanthierMember since Mar 2013

I won the kreg system a while back, have since bought the kreg hd. It worked awesome wh I was doing deck rails.

madman_usMember since Sep 2014

I have the K5 too. Nice jig to own.

Om going to buy the HD too. Helps in certain projects

ChrisKMember since Dec 2012

Nice decking job Chad

BigmikezMember since Jun 2013

nice work chad!

RickyMcGrathMember since Oct 2014

I love Kreg. Lowes just started stocking the pocket hole machine. Might need to get it eventually.

comp56Member since Sep 2014

you won’t regret it, I know I’ve taken on more projects having it……such a time saver…..

madman_usMember since Sep 2014

ya its quick and easy to build something with the kreg jig. you can hide the screws perfectly

jonesna8Member since Nov 2014

I first used a kreg jig when i was in high school, my dad has one too that i used on a few projects. Great tool indeed!

madman_usMember since Sep 2014

its definitely worth the price

comp56Member since Sep 2014

one of my favorite accessory tools

rfwjrMember since Jul 2014

I really like the Kreg system when I am making shop projects like stands, shelves, carts, etc.  Very easy to use.  My Kreg box does not look anything like that.

chadlanthierMember since Mar 2013

Did u put that kreg setup together yourself. I’ve been meaning to get something like that, but if they already have a kit that would be great.

comp56Member since Sep 2014

yes it is a home made set up, found the box at wal-mart for $9 and just added clear acrylic dividers to keep different screw sizes separate put the logo on the box …….done deal…..

RickyMcGrathMember since Oct 2014

Lowes carries a nice Kreg box with a few hundred screws inside. Very nice pivot top.

comp56Member since Sep 2014

I use the Kreg jig quite often and am thinking of pulling the trigger on the Foreman…..

MikeyBMember since Dec 2014

I’ve been dying to get a Kreg set. Nice box set up Comp

chadlanthierMember since Mar 2013

That foreman looks great, u should pull the trigger.

comp56Member since Sep 2014

I would but still to much money…..I will wait just in case it goes on sale…….and bang…..

madman_usMember since Sep 2014

that foreman is really expensive. I would rather use the heck out of a k4 or k5 system

BigmikezMember since Jun 2013

I know ur gonna put that tool to work quick comp.

NordrawMember since Dec 2012

Kreg is a nice way to go in a lot of situations. Nice set up

I would have never run out and bought the k5, but when it’s free u don’t complain. I have found a lot of uses, especially after picking up the hd to use with it. That rail was made with the hd and k5.

BigmikezMember since Jun 2013

Came out nice chad.

chadlanthierMember since Mar 2013

Thanks bigmike, I’ve since put them all around the deck and stairs, and built a gate. My wife’s only complaint is that she wished the post had been higher.

chadlanthierMember since Mar 2013

Hey comp how much did that clamp set u back.

$22 free shipping……haven’t yet tried it but from the feel of it seems to be built well……

chadlanthierMember since Mar 2013

I just got 10 0/0 off for signing up, maybe I’ll have to pick it up.

ChrisKMember since Dec 2012

About three years ago u got a Husky toolbox as a gift. It is made by Keeter who also makes the Kreg box. So, three years ago I put my Kreg stuff in it. I’m liking Comps collection, he’s got more clamps screws everything but here’s mine. They still sell the box at HD and it is a really good quality tool box and secures well and the main compartment has plenty of room for the Kreg tools that you may have!

BigmikezMember since Jun 2013

man I REALLYY need to step up my kreg game here……

chadlanthierMember since Mar 2013

Tell me about it big mike. Nice set up Chris.

madman_usMember since Sep 2014

my kreg stuff is just sitting on my workbench and collects dust atm.

when im done with the garage then it will get its own spot

chadlanthierMember since Mar 2013

I have some of those kreg clamps.

ChrisKMember since Dec 2012

I’d like to try the Rockler clamp out. I was so close to buying it and then said “Nahhh”. I am thinking about getting the dog set from Precision Dogs and putting the Kreg face clamp on it and then into the holes on my MFT.

chadlanthierMember since Mar 2013

R the precision dogs the one’s that r supposed to work best with the mat table.
