im looking for one but not quite sure which one i should buy

chadlanthierMember since Mar 2013

I picked one up at lowes. U can get it with suspenders for $48, or without for $29. Personally I would recommend the suspenders.cant remember the name, but I like it.

madman_usMember since Sep 2014

i gonna check some out here at the local HD, but the next Lowes i have to drive 45mins ๐Ÿ˜€

regopitMember since Feb 2013

CLC or if you want to spend the big bucks Occidental Leather. I have only seen pictures of it but Milwaukee has one.

BrienMember since Dec 2013

I have been giving the Dead On stuff at the Home Depot a shot. Good price point but I am not sure about longevity. I only really use belts when doing ladder work so I am not an every day user.

madman_usMember since Sep 2014

mostly I will use the tool belt for around the house

DR99Member since Nov 2012

I’m surprised Veto hasn’t done a tool belt yet.

DR99Member since Nov 2012

So Bosh tools made by Klein that’s a new one!

BigmikezMember since Jun 2013

Nice my son would that he’s a big tool head 2!!

BigmikezMember since Jun 2013

I have a dewalt set that I use just for the house to MM it’s pretty bulky but holds a lot and the belt is pretty comfy I don’t know the model off the the too if my head but I got it for super cheap

madman_usMember since Sep 2014

ya that’s the point – I don’t wanna spend so much money on a belt which I not gonna use so often

BigmikezMember since Jun 2013

I would just stop by HD then those husky ones aren’t to bad if it’s not gonna b for everyday use

madman_usMember since Sep 2014

ya I think I will do that

BigmikezMember since Jun 2013

I was gonna go that route but my cousin barely bought the Dewalt and then decided he wanted a different one he said he spent over 80 bucks for itย he gave itย to me for 20$ that dude just buys things and don’t even use them. but I was eyeing the husky one though

madman_usMember since Sep 2014

BigmikezMember since Jun 2013

That’s probably why I have been getting all these goth chicks lately. It’s my “Dead On” belt.

BigmikezMember since Jun 2013

LOL!!!

Punda1991Member since Dec 2013

Occidental leather hands freakin down, it’s not that expensive when you think about how much you drop on other things lol

madman_usMember since Sep 2014

I was looking for those too…they will last a decade

para4175Member since Oct 2014

I use a nicer leather one for work.. spent a little more money on her for sure but I do strap her on everyday on the jobsite…she has been holding up well… I use to have a husky one but over a short time the bottom of the pockets started to rip from snips going In and out of them over and over …. my leather pouch has been holding strong… so far anyway

BigmikezMember since Jun 2013

madman_usMember since Sep 2014

TylerDamaMember since Mar 2014

The dewalt bags look like they would hold up! overall how do you like it Mike?

madman_usMember since Sep 2014

I saw a few nice leather belts at lowes yesterday

BigmikezMember since Jun 2013

I love it Tyler the bags are really big I don’t know if u can tell much from pics and its a bit on the heavy side I only use it mostly when I go work with my uncle building some porches and fences or on a project that requires me to carry multiple tools and screws. My uncle gets a lot those side jobs but yea it’s nice and feels real heavy duty, I think it should last me a long time.

BigmikezMember since Jun 2013

MM did u purchase one ?

madman_usMember since Sep 2014

no I didn’t mike, mother-in-law dragged me away from the tool area ๐Ÿ˜€

she showed me stuff for the her new bathroom….

im going to remodel her bathroom soon so we are collecting all the stuff we need. gonna be a total bathroom demo. ill start from scratch

ย

couple month back I bought a 60″ bathroom vanity in cinnamon for 60 bucks on clearance, normal price was $499 – that was a good start ๐Ÿ˜€

I just have to custom fit the vanity because the room is just 59 wide….gonna be fun ๐Ÿ˜€

BigmikezMember since Jun 2013

Nice man I have to do mine soon 2 and I know the feeling of family dragging u away from the best part of the store :/

madman_usMember since Sep 2014

Northern RebelMember since May 2014

Leather just last longer.

Northern RebelMember since May 2014

Right on!

Poisonfangs85Member since Feb 2015

Over the years I have had a few. I now wear a mutt. It’s half dewalt and half CLC. I’m a southpaw when it comes to grabbing my pencil so I need that on the left and my knife right. It works for now

NordrawMember since Dec 2012

Can’t beat those tools!ย

RobertMcNjrMember since Dec 2014

I’ve been trying out a new setup, no toolbelt.

madman_usMember since Sep 2014

ya let us know how you like it

FrosBros82Member since Feb 2015

I personally like Occidental tool bags. While they are a little more expensive, I think they last longer than the average brand. They have all sorts of types for different trades. You can get a framing set, super framing set, electricians or even just a basic six pouch set. It all just depends on what you are looking to use them for. If you are on the site I would recommend them, if you are finishing your basement just go to Home Depot and pick something out that is cheaper.
