Hello all, I just got this BandSaw in and figured I’d share my thoughts on it. I’m going to be doing an actual review on it. I am so pumped that these kind of tools are even capable of being powered by batteries these days, the technology is frickin’ amazing!
If any of you have question about it, want photos of certain sides or details or have request for the demo video, let me know. I’m looking to push this thing to its limits or at least see if there is a limit.

I think a porta band one of those tools that I think you end up using all the time one you have one, but its so hard to justify buying one in the first place.

Pipe, metal bar stock, etc.

It’s true they do cut metal, uni strut, rigid, conduit, threaded rod, and PVC aswell. They are faster and more accurate then a sawzall
I have the corded one at work that gets used a lot for cutting conduit. Makes it easier since we can cut right there on the site and don’t have to precut it all down in the shop on the huge mitering band saw
