So there are pictures all over Google of the new Milwaukee DynaCase tool boxes.

I’ve seen their tool box with the plastic flaps but I have no real experiences with it or the brand. They will be connectable and they have some different carts. I haven’t seen a taller one or one with drawers yet. I’m liking the design even though they are not waterproof.

A top handle while stacked would have been appreciated.

Looks like they made the Job Box to hold the Sawzall.

You could fit a lot of Milwaukee’s best hand tools in this box. And you can get a shoulder-strap also for the cases.

Holy crap. Those dicks! I just bought that friggin Dewalt Dog Urine Yellow Small tough system box (seriously freakin’ wicked awesome case from the boys in yellow)!!!!! That’s is awesome! So are you thinking fall?

ChrisKMember since Dec 2012

I went over to Toolguyd and he had this article posted in part with no further explanation. I googled the subject matter without finding 🙁

I will say, although it appears to not be the Sortimo (l boxx), it does pear to have a very similar functionality as far as it’s ability to stack. It looks like a heavy gauge plastic too. Awesome find Jeremy and thanks for sharing. I also curse you but it is with love 🙂

If you go on e-bay and type Dyna case A bunch of these cases pop up in German so I would guess that they are German made. If you down load the Milwaukee UK news (PDF) you will see a Fuel 7 1/2″ Cir saw a new miter saw stand that looks like the Ridgid drop down stand a copy of the DeWalt stand, copy of the Jawhorse just to name a few thing that I see

This is just the beginning guys! I hate to say I told you so but….. I told you so! I can’t wait to get my hands on them and knowing milwaukee I bet they are some nice boxes

ChrisKMember since Dec 2012

I’m telling ya Punda, they look similar in design and function to the l boxx. If they are, those are great organization boxes! I’m glad I got the Dewalt, just ticked off at Milwaukee!

RedSionnachMember since Aug 2013

Well they aren’t actually Milwaukee boxes, they’re Dyna cases. Only a few of them have the Milwaukee name and logo licensing.

ChrisKMember since Dec 2012

Yup no question there. But coming from l boxxes, the design is awesome, stacking is a breeze and the large push type handles on the side ensure a really solid fit. Everything aside, sounds like in Europe anyways, these are made by a vendor, kinda like the Festool Systainer are made by Tanos for Festool. It would be really nice if Milwaukee made all of their boxes here!

JeremyJMember since Apr 2014

From the pictures online , it looks like they have two different lengths and only two heights, so far…

DynaCase also makes huge storage/shipping trunks. They have that old school look with metal corners, reinforced ribs and many sizes/shapes.

DR99Member since Nov 2012

It would be cool if these Dynacases make it over for us neglected North Americans.I just wonder what the costs will be, and I would prefer them to be American made like the toolboxes. The thing that really pisses me off is the fact that they are coming out with a full sized Fuel circular saw I would have bought that one over the compact. You get better deals on the 7 1/2″ inch blades

DR99Member since Nov 2012

I was very tempted yesterday to buy buy a few t-stacks or Lboxxes. I’m tired of dealing with my saws being in bags. The other issue is the Milwaukee blow molded cases take up too much space. I need to get better organized.

ChrisKMember since Dec 2012

Well I can speak very highly of the l boxxes and the tough system box is pretty sweet. I’d recommend tanos Systainers too. They make some big ones that will fit large circulars no problem.

RedSionnachMember since Aug 2013

After reading through the whole pdf I’d have to say this is a lot of hype and conjecture over kit boxes. No where does it say that Milwaukee is releasing a storage solution type box. These kits with the Dyna cases are due out in the UK this fall. Will they make it stateside soon if ever? Who knows. They sure do have a lot of nice promotions for their UK users though. Will Milwaukee NA do the same here?

JavierMember since Aug 2013

I’m glad I waited

Punda1991Member since Dec 2013

I’m sure they will and I’m sure area will be diffrent in some ways

chadlanthierMember since Mar 2013

We are always the last to get anything. Its nota surprise that Milwaukee would jump on the bandwagon, just that they are so late in the game. I like the tstaks and the larger ones hold my circ, nail guns, and reciprocating saw. Granted not all in the same box.

olletsocmitMember since Apr 2016

If anyone is still interested in this… it looks like these cases should be hitting the US in a few weeks.  From what i have read and been told, it looks like if you wait a few weeks, your Milwaukee tools will come with a much cooler case haha.

I saw this photo on Instagram but couldn’t find any info on it. I love my dewalt tough boxes but I willing to try new things. I am a sucker for waterproof though

I just hope that you’ll be able to get these separately, like lboxxes.

Maybe Santa will bring me one.

DarynHMember since Feb 2015

I have one of these. It came from a kit I bought coming from the UK. The way the boxes lock together is a little of a pain to use and the fact that there isn’t a top handle is a big downfall. The plastic is also pretty flimsy. Thinner than systainers. Great video. I see what you mean about the plastic being flimsy. That’s disappointing.

tonylandinMember since Dec 2015

Great video. That is so disappointing I was hopping it would be of dewalt tough case quality so that dewalt would up there game and make an even better case. If that’s possible lol.

It’s better than the old blown molded case that they come in now. But could be better. How’s that m12 drill??

Pretty sweet. Power wise it’s indentical to the U.S. Drill. I use it for kitchens mostly. Quick swaps between drill bit and driver bit speeds things up.

These casing are better than the blow mold if you don’t beat your cases. There’s much more room for storage. I don’t think these were meant as a replacement for systainers, tough boxes, tstaks, or the ridgid boxes. They seem to be simply a new case.

Seems about the same as the Lboxes plastic

That’s actually exactly what it feels like

olletsocmitMember since Apr 2016

Honestly. It’s just cool looking. Don’t see much use for it. Could of made better

JeremyJMember since Apr 2014

I would have been happy with them using the small parts organizer as a template with an insert. I would appreciate it if they made a thinner and two taller version of the small parts organizer so they could lock to my already existing Milwaukee boxes. Sell the bigger ones without the cups and put a handle on the lid. The small parts organizers are great for m12 tool storage. The jigsaw fits, the hackzall, the lantern and even the radio(tight fit) all fit. I have all my m12 tools packed in these.

These don’t seem to be the home-run I was hoping for. Maybe, I have just seen the genius of a cupless small parts organizer….

olletsocmitMember since Apr 2016

ok so whats the deal?  are these coming to the US like ppl said or not.  no one seems to know.

Do you think you could fit the contents of the drill kit in one of the small parts organizers?

I can’t remember who did it but one of the guys has a cordless set in a parts organizer. He cut a couple of tabs inside of it and it works great.

Yes you could. There’s plenty of room. You would just have to make your own custom foam insert for the drill, impact, batteries and charger. Which wouldn’t be too hard. I just don’t think they are extremely durable.

I do trim carpentry and have all my M12 tools in them. They do seem to have a little flex, not plastic snapping flex. More of a rubber flex. I set them on concrete floors all the time and have dropped one on its corner with just a scuff mark to show for it. I have them set up like this

1. M12 radio, charger, four batteries and a lantern/flashlight-always connected to my drill/driver box (battery box)

2. M12 hammer drill, impact driver, multitool, drill/bits, studscanner, angle finder etc(driver box)

3. Paslode trim, paslode brad, accessory tools/nails (trim box)

4. M12 hackzall, right angle drill, rotary tool, flat bar, old chisels etc (tearout box)

5. Screw organizer with some electrical parts (screw box)

6. M12 Jig, Kreg jig and screws (custom trim)

I just take whichever ones I need for that day out my truck.

Hanging trim/floors-1,2,3, with custom woodwork +4

Kitchen tear out-1,2,4, install- all six

The multi head drill has my interest and the right angle impact also.

Great collection man, how do you like working out of the organizers?

JeremyJMember since Apr 2014

It works pretty good, two tied together is heavy enough for walking around. I have 3/4 tools w/accessories in each. I might have to find a way to tie two or three together and cut out the bottoms and still keep it leak proof. I would love to put all my tools in these (circ saws, routers w/accessories, planers).

I might have to buy one of those “off brand” Milwaukee hand trucks….

I waited awhile before buying into a stackable tool set. I bought some Fuel tools that came with the nice cases except there is no storage for accessories. I really like the ability of opening a box that’s under another, thanks to Festool. I wanted to go a little cheaper and almost went with Tstaks, they have many different style boxes and carts/wheels. But none of them were waterproof and I work out a truck. Dustproof is nice also.
