Trying to figure out this angle grinder. When you flip the switch it acts like it is locked up. Almost like the polarity in the motor is fighting itself. Has anyone had this problem before?
After you unplug it can you spin the wheel by hand? Verify that the locking mechanism isnt depressed?
Yes I think I it is the variable speed controller. I cannot get and resistance when I try to check it no matter where I move the dial
Not sure on that one. I know that you can check for continuity on potentiometers, but I dont know if that variable speed controller would actually be classified as a potentiometer or not.
Best bet would be to check warranty before you tear it apart any further.
