OK, who else is fighting the urge to buy an RC car after watching today’s tool talk. Thanks, Dan!!! Like I need another thing to want to buy….
I was laughing my ass off when he said they aren’t Hornets anymore. I had one I built when I was like 14……
I had a Savage X Nitro. I must of dumped $3k into that truck before I sold it for $500. It was fun but I would do electric next time. Anyway, I’m a poor college student right now so I can’t buy an RC. 🙁
Still got a T-Maxx, kyosho nitro mp777 1/8th buggy that’s never run as I just liked building it lol, also got a kyosho 1/10th nitro touring car and a tamiya TL01 that was my first ever car. Don’t have time for them now, can’t be bothered selling them either as the returns are pittiful lol so might as well keep them for when I have kids.
If you think that buying tools digs into you pockets get in to RC and you will find out what bleeding cash is all about. Have you every heard the the saying I got F&*^ED and didn’t even get kissed that’s RC but it’s fun
thought about going in to RC but between the misses, tools, and bikes I don’t know if my wallet could handle it. 🙂
