I need to do another front wheel bearing on my 97 Pontiac Grand Prix it makes a hell of a noise when your driving it. Other than that the car is pretty reliable.

frankiegarcia19Member since Jan 2014

Thanx Javier, i would of done a video but i dont have any of ur skills.lol

The Kobalt Boxes are nice. I have a stack of black ones in my garage… covered in saw dust right now…

frankiegarcia19Member since Jan 2014

Yea its done the job and has a built in power strip in the side but the box has its limitations, ive broke the rivets on the top drawer were my sockets and ratchets are. The rivets hold up the ball bearing slides…no bigey but its time for a pro box.

Its Matco not sure if its rebranded… Life time warranty 1/4 and up

Conductor562Member since Nov 2011

Most of the trucks are re-branding Irwin stuff these days. Good bits though.

frankiegarcia19Member since Jan 2014

Yea they are pretty good bits. The warranty is what really makes them worth it.. I break a hex irwin bit or a drill bit and i just text me toolman. I feel like i get free tools, i got no problem abusing the s#@t out of them:)

Conductor562Member since Nov 2011

That’s typically the advantage to the trucks and often the only thing that justifies their price.

Great looking set Frankie!

You might want to consider the Harbor Freight US General Industrial tool boxes. They run some slick deals on them and I hear they are pretty dang awesome for the price. The price for some of the Tuck tool boxes just blowers my mind you could get a nice used car for what they charge.

Nice set up

I dont see it happening, new vette z06 is out, complete monster, camaro z28 is a track monster. Pontiac is pretty much dead. The only good car they had which was the pontiac g8 chevy rebranded as the chevy ss. A chevy trans am???¿ not happening
Conductor562Member since Nov 2011

It’s a re clipped Camaro Photo from the original forum

frankiegarcia19Member since Jan 2014

This was a hurst version at sema awhile back

Conductor562Member since Nov 2011

I saw that. Here’s a bit of trivia for you.

The 1977 Trans Am made famous by “Smokey and the Bandit” was the lowest powered Trans Am ever produced. The one most famous for being fast was actually the slowest. How’s that for irony.

frankiegarcia19Member since Jan 2014

Hahaha it was slow alright.
