Hey guys I’ve noticed milwaukee doesn’t offer a planer and was wondering why. It’s a important bit of kit in any carpenters toolbox and can’t figure out why they wouldn’t offer one. Any thoughts?
Milwaukee is kind of the odd ball in that situation. They offer woodworking tools like routers and a miter saw, but don’t offer other woodworking tools like a table saw or planer as you mentioned. I think it originates in Milwaukee being more marketed as a power tool company more for the plumbing and electrical trades.
Yea it seems that way I contacted milwaukee and they said there is no plans currently for a corded/ cordless planer
