The motor was wired wrong and would not run. It has a cast iron table, induction motor, 1″ toothed belt about 25″ in circumference. looks to me it needs a start capacitor.

Model number…AND Brand. That might be yellow, but it’s not dewalt.
Judging by the spill over yellow on the motor, I’d guess someone painted it yellow. Do you have model #’s for any of the part’s? We might be able to figure something out.
