I picked this grade rod up at a yard sale for $10….great price. I have never owned one before & this one was a little dirty so I decided to clean it. I fully extended the top section and it “clicked” into place, so I cleaned that section. My problem is: I CAN’T FIGURE OUT HOW TO COLLAPSE THE TOP SECTION. Any help appreciated. Butch
