I’ve been meaning to upload these for a while now.
Took my inspiration from Rossi7x and MrYellow.
The van racking is still yet to be finished. All of my boxes lock in and are padlocked. (Had van broken into too many times)
Also see a few pics of stacks of boxes onsite.
Will get some more pics up when the van is complete when I get time to finish it.

Looking good Dano. Nice idea to add the locking mechanism. Made any progress yet?
I wonder why DeWALT does not come up with a DIY-kit. They don’t have to enter the van storage market to do so. It will easily sell as a home/workshop storage solution with the benefit of mounting it in a van.
It’s dead easy as a bolt on kit.
Nice one Dano…
Love seeing peoples variations on the Tough Box Van Racking … Really liking the ‘padlocking system’ you’ve taken from the trolley too…
Keep the pics coming buddy…
As Mr Yellow says, shame that Dewalt don’t push this a little further to be honest..
Better for us guys though who have taken the time and effort to construct this for ourselves..
Progress has been slow tbh. I need to get back on it when I get a chance. Not a lot left to do but I keep thinking of more to do.
Dewalt could take this system so much further.
Has anyone in the us built any racks?
Hi, how did you make these racks? Where did the get the steel from. Very impressive.
Looks awesome dano!
