Difference between DC228KL and DC229KL

Anyone know the difference between these two?

As far as i can tell the descriptions are identical.

Obviously the 229 comes with a quick change chuck, but is that the only difference?

I believe the DC229KL is sold overseas. As far as I know, that’s about it.
