The three handles on the right side of the drill press will not turn in either direction. Suggestions?

Have you checked the depth stops? Are the stops preventing the drill press from moving?
If the drill press handles won’t turn, check if the quill lock is engaged that’s the most common cause. Also look for any dust, debris, or a stuck return spring. Still stuck? A quick peek at the manual or a call to support might do the trick.
