I have seen some products on Snap On website that their origin is Czech Rep. The country where Wera makes most of its tools. I have seen some photos also from both Apex and Snap On products that look like a different colour of Wera tools! Here are some photos. These are two major US brands producing screwdriver bits and handles, Is it the end of the story for US made screwdriver bits?!

Yes you are right, For Festool and Hilti as well.
Also Reca Tools and some others.
