When i pull the trigger on the finish nailer (dewalt dcn660) the motor will kick on for less than a second and then both left and right light start to blink. It also does this when i pres down on the tip. Can someone please tell me what it means and how to fix it if there is anyway possible

Has the jammed fastener procedure been attempted?
Remove battery, clear jammed fastener, push stall release lever back (hard) then close and latch nosepiece.
