I have bought a DCF815 and I cannot get the bit to stay in when screwing? I am not savvy with these things and the instructions make no sense? I just want to build a desk!! Is there a way of keeping the bit in and not falling out all the time? Thanks in advance.
While I could be wrong my guess is you have bits more like in the second picture and you need bits like in the first picture with the little notch at the bottom where its inserted into the driver.
Yes and make sure the bit is long enough. Some of the small bits also will not stay in place.
